EaglePeak Consulting Ltd was established by Neil O’Doherty in April 2006 and since that time has worked with a growing number of organisations in support of their quality and environmental management programmes. In every case, customers have expressed great satisfaction with the work carried out and as of 2010 some of EPC’s past customers are once again approaching the business to work on new projects to broaden the scope of their management systems.

If your organization is implementing or upgrading its quality or environmental management systems, and you are considering hiring outside assistance, you will, quite reasonably be asking the following questions:-
1) Will I pass the third party audit if I use your services?
2) Will it be workable/ effective?
3) What will it cost?
Well, in answer to the third question I hope my prices are pretty reasonable, but not ’bargain basement’ - have a look at the services and fees page and please do bear in mind that I will offer a sensible discount on any project of reasonable duration. In answer to the first two questions, here’s a little about my background:-
16 year’s experience covering all aspects of Quality Assurance and Environmental Management, primarily in the automotive supply chain with one of the UK’s leading brake and fuel pipe manufactures, and more recently in secure printing and construction. As QA manager of these organizations, and later as a self employed consultant, I have led the implementation the following systems:-
ISO 9001 (Quality Assurance) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) ISO 27001/ APACS Standard 55 (Information Security) TS 16949 & Ford Q1 (Automotive Specific Quality Assurance)
In 2006 I decided to set up on my own and since that time I have worked on medium/ long term contracts with the following organizations:-
MP Filtri (UK) Ltd. (Extension of ISO 9001 scope to cover product design & manufacture and software development & version control/ Environmental Legislation Compliance Work)
Pall Corporation (TS 16949 Implementation; currently working with them again on a new project)
Baylis Automotive Ltd. (Interim Management of QMS due to unexpected staff turnover)
Microgen Engine Corporation (UK) Ltd. (Assistance with QMS development in their UK and China operations)
Drywall Technologies Ltd. (Current delivery of ISO 9001 implementation programme; recent implementation of their ISO 14001 Environmental Management system)
Each organization I have worked with have expressed great satisfaction with the work I have carried out for them, something I attribute to my straightforward hands-on approach and attention to detail. As of 2010 this is beginning to pay off in repeat business and recommendations. Between April and June 2010 I am delivering an element of training to business leaders in the drylining sector relating to sustainability and environmental management issues related to drylining in support of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
While working on some of these projects I have also been studying an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practise, and having graduated, I am expanding my work into emergent areas of interest which arose during the course while continuing with the management system implementation work. |
